Buying or renting Stairlifts – How it works

Our 5 step process makes buying or renting stairlifts simple and trouble-free. We will be with you every step of the way.  From making your first contact. To fitting your stairlift. To top quality post sales service.

1. Getting in touch

You’ve no need to worry about making your first contact. Give us a ring and one of our friendly experienced advisors will discuss your needs. We will tell you more about our service and the products we have available. Or you can visit our showroom where you can try a selection of prime stairlifts.  We’ll talk through your requirements clearly and carefully. We don’t use high-pressure sales techniques. We’ll give you time to have a think about your options.

2. Surveying and measuring your home

If you decide to go for one of our stairlifts we’ll arrange a time to visit your home and assess your needs. One of our qualified stairlift advisors will call round. They will explain how stairlifts work and discuss the best option to suit you and your home. Every home is different and we will survey the layout and carefully measure your stairs. We will also discuss your own needs and abilities.  We’ll suggest the types and models of stairlift that will meet your requirements.

3. Placing your order

When you have chosen your stairlift we will give you a fixed written quotation for the whole job without any obligation. If you are happy with the quote you can confirm the order by sending us a completed order form. Or you can call in to our showroom. We’ll stick by the price we quote and there won’t be any unexpected add-ons or supplements. If you are buying a stairlift we have easy-payment options. We accept debit card, credit card, cheque or cash. We will then contact you to agree an installation date.

4. Stairlift installation

Your stairlift will be installed by our highly trained and experienced engineers. We will test the stairlift and then show you how to use it. We will check that it is comfortable for you.  We will confirm that you are happy with using the controls and that you can easily get on and off the chair. The whole process takes about 2 hours for a straight stairlift and about 5 hours for a curved stairlift.

5. Aftercare Service

We are proud of our high quality aftercare and support service. We offer a lifetime warranty on purchased stairlifts. We will respond within 24 hours for repair and maintenance. We can also provide a lifetime service and aftercare package for your stairlift at a very reasonable cost.
