After you contact us:

1. we call you back & organise a free, no obligation consultation with one of our engineers rather than with a salesman.
2. our engineer, comes to see you, takes time understanding your needs, makes a thorough assessment of your staircase, and gives you INDEPENDENT advice on the best stairlift solution for your family, be it new, reconditioned, rental or service plan.

Recommendation

1. our engineer leaves you with a fixed price for the lift & installation in writing, with no hidden extras.
2. We always advise that you take time to think about our proposal, and discuss with family, friends or other stairlift owners.
   Our engineer and team will never pressurise or push for a sale, we encourage you to get in touch with us as many times as it takes for you to feel comfortable.

1. we will arrange a convenient time and date to install, straight stairlifts can be installed within days, curved stairlifts will take at least seven while we make rails to fit your staircase.
2. the same engineer from your consultation will fit your lift - he’ll fit the stairlift to the treads not the wall, and cause minimum disruption, clearing away all mess (our engineers carry their own vacuum and cleaning equipment).
3. our engineer will demonstrate and explain all the features of the lift, and will not leave until he is satisfied that you are completely happy with all aspects of installation, and lift operation.
